As a recent tax honours graduate, this program aims to ensure a seamless integration into your professional role as a tax practitioner at Deloitte. The TrAX curriculum, complemented by the SAIT learnership, offers specialised tax-technical development, professional & leadership growth, and cross-functional tax experience through on-the-job coaching across various tax service areas.

 Program Structure

  • 12 months of ongoing development with potential progression to a second year based on performance.
  • SAIT Learnership: Gain professional certification and practical experience through the South African Institute of Tax Professionals.
  • Learning Pathways: Includes tax technical boot camps, peer-to-peer learning, ongoing technical sessions, and online development.
  • Professional & Leadership Skills: Globally aligned courses covering business etiquette, client relationship building, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills.
  • On-the-Job Learning: Rotational experience across selected business units to acquire cross-functional skills essential for tax specialisation.
